Hi!  I’m Laureen Quinn.   mother of 5 and a Certified Nutrition Coach teaching  women over 40 how to reignite their metabolism using a nutritional "workout". 

I created my 12 week course, The Menopause and Me Reset Method, based on my own experiences with menopause.  I found that conventional methods like eat less and move more that worked in our 20's and 30's  didn't work  anymore.  Menopause and Me is based on science and eating real food without restrictions, skipping meals, or spending hours at the gym.
